Why we built Orizn differently
Skyscanner's built-in visa hint is a thoughtful addition to one specific search experience. If Skyscanner is the only place you ever book flights, it can answer the basic question often enough.
Orizn was built on the assumption that travelers compare across many sites — Google Flights for price discovery, Kayak for filters, Kiwi for unusual routings, Booking for the package — and that a visa answer needs to follow them across all of those tabs, not just one.
We also wanted the visa answer itself to be more precise: not 'visa may be required' but specifically visa-free, VOA, ETA, e-visa, visa-required or no-admission, with the source cited. That depth is hard to justify inside a flight commerce product; it is the entire job of Orizn.
