Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund window on the first payment of any new subscription, no questions asked. After 14 days we issue refunds on a case-by-case basis — email [email protected].
What counts as a visa check?
One check = one passport-to-destination lookup that returns a result. Refreshing the same page, navigating between destinations on Google Flights, and badges Orizn pre-fetches in the background all stay under one check per (passport, destination) pair per 24 hours.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown net of VAT. Applicable VAT for EU consumers is calculated and added at checkout based on your country. Business customers can supply a VAT ID at checkout to apply the reverse-charge mechanism where eligible.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan already lets you try the extension end-to-end (visa badges on 30+ sites). For Hobby and Pro the 14-day refund acts as a risk-free trial — start a subscription and cancel for a full refund if it is not a fit.
